Privacy, plainly.

Looking for the iPhone app? Read the nowfold app privacy policy or contact support. This page covers the website and its early-access list.

The Nowfold early-access list is managed by the creator of Nowfold. For questions about your data, contact hello@moodylabs.studio.

Email addresses

When you submit the form, you agree to receive Nowfold early-access news and product updates. Your email address is sent through our Cloudflare-hosted website to Resend, which stores the mailing list and delivers our updates. We don’t send a confirmation email, and repeated submissions don’t create duplicate contacts.

Joining the list does not create an account in the app. We don’t store your email in browser cookies or local storage, sell the list, or use it to advertise other products.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in any update email. To access, correct or delete your information, email hello@moodylabs.studio. We keep your address while the list is used for Nowfold updates, or until you request deletion. An unsubscribe record may be retained to respect your preference; submitting this form again does not override it.

Hosting and email services

Cloudflare processes requests to serve and protect the site. An IP-based limit helps prevent repeated automated signups. Resend processes your address to manage the list. These services may process data outside your country under their own data protection arrangements.

Read the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Resend privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and successful early-access form submissions. We do not load Google Analytics until you choose “Allow analytics”. Declining does not affect the website or your ability to join the list.

Analytics can process page visits, device and browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send your email address or form contents to Google. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.

Your choice is stored in your browser for six months. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Refusing stops our analytics collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website; it does not erase data already processed by Google.

Google may process data outside your country. Read Google’s privacy policy for details. Fonts and images are served with the website.
